Dominic is president of Richfield, a diversified real estate operating, investment, management, and development organization. Dominic focuses on the company’s high-level operations with a strategic approach, creating strong systems, investing in quality operations and development planning.
Katherine Richter | Vice President
As Vice President of Richfield Real Estate Corporation, Katherine Richter, RPA®, works directly with the President, Dominic Leung, providing leadership and management oversight to the organization. Kathy oversees internal operations, maximizing the company’s operating performance and helping to achieve the company’s financial goals. Kathy coordinates effective interactions between the corporate office and our extensive property management teams, land development department, and construction department. Kathy holds a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation.
Stephen Nussbaum | Director of Asset Management
Responsible for maximizing the performance and value of Richfield’s real estate portfolio, Stephen brings 15 years of industry expertise to the forefront of the team. As Director of Asset Management, Stephen works closely with the President and Owner to formulate and implement short to long-range real estate management and investment strategies. Stephen partners alongside the acquisitions and development teams to determine and execute viable opportunities for the company.
Pamela Culver | Senior Manager of Real Estate
Pamela Culver brings 20 years of business and real estate experience to Richfield’s team as a Senior Manager of Real Estate. Pamela is responsible for the management of Richfield’s real estate services and portfolio. Pamela’s industry expertise includes real estate transactions, urban and suburban ground-up development and redevelopment, as well as the overall management of existing land holdings in multiple states. With a focus on flexibility and confidentiality, these strengths help to maintain and create value for Richfield’s real estate portfolio.
Jack Hock-Siew Toh | Construction Engineering & Management
Responsible for Richfield’s construction engineering and site management, Jack has global experience in commercial and residential construction projects. Prior to joining Richfield, Jack worked on large-scale projects in Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia, and the United States. He is a professional Civil Engineer and Licensed General Contractor.
Kristin Higueros | Residential Property Supervisor
Kristin Higueros has over twenty years of experience in the multi-family industry working for both owner/managed and third-party fee managed companies. Kristin’s background includes operations management, asset management, acquisitions/dispositions, and brokerage. She started her career in brokerage and repositioning assets for both holds and sales. For the past 10 years Kristin has worked in both asset management and operations management overseeing conventional and affordable housing properties, as well as new construction and renovation projects. Kristin holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, a BA from Sam Houston State University, and holds a Texas Real Estate Broker’s License.
