Katherine serves as President of Richfield Real Estate Corporation, overseeing the company’s commercial, multifamily, and development operations. She has been with Richfield for more than 25 years and has extensive experience in real estate operations, asset management, and property management.
Jack Hock-Siew Toh | Construction Engineering & Management
Responsible for Richfield’s construction engineering and site management, Jack has global experience in commercial and residential construction projects. Prior to joining Richfield, Jack worked on large-scale projects in Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia, and the United States. He is a professional Civil Engineer and Licensed General Contractor.
Kristin Higueros | Residential Property Supervisor
Kristin Higueros has over twenty years of experience in the multi-family industry working for both owner/managed and third-party fee managed companies. Kristin’s background includes operations management, asset management, acquisitions/dispositions, and brokerage. She started her career in brokerage and repositioning assets for both holds and sales. For the past 10 years Kristin has worked in both asset management and operations management overseeing conventional and affordable housing properties, as well as new construction and renovation projects. Kristin holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, a BA from Sam Houston State University, and holds a Texas Real Estate Broker’s License.
